Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Please note: buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Sale items
  • Nose rings (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days
  • Your payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bhoomijewells@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues
